Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese 🍤🧀

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of thick-cut bread (preferably sourdough or Italian)
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
