Sesame and Pumpkin Seed Cookies

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
  3. Add wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the honey, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Form cookies: Use your hands to form small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten the cookies: Slightly flatten the cookies with the palm of your hand.
  7. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
